“And now just as you trusted Christ to save you, trust him, too, for each day’s problems; live in vital union with him.” Colossians 2:6
It’s been so exciting recently to see God moving in our church and helping people place their trust in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior! The choice to trust Jesus for His gracious forgiveness and eternal life is arguably the most important decision a person can make in this life.
But just as we can trust in the finished work that Jesus accomplished on the cross to get us safely to Heaven, we can also look to Him for grace to help us overcome our daily problems here on Earth, too! That’s what the verse above instructs us to do and that’s what Drew is going to talk about this Sunday as we continue in this series about the amazing grace of God. I hope you can join us, but if you can’t make it on Sunday, don’t forget that you can also listen to the messages on our website at: parkerfirehouse.com/sermons/.
Have a great week and I hope to see you soon! –Rich
